Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of AppNext and its services. By creating an account or using AppNext, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

AppNext lets you convert a website URL into an Android application (APK) and customize its branding, screens and integrations. Builds are compiled using automated pipelines and delivered to you for download.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use AppNext.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that the websites and content you convert into apps:

• Are owned by you or you have the right to use and distribute them.
• Do not infringe any intellectual property, and are not illegal, fraudulent, malicious or harmful.
• Comply with applicable laws and the policies of any store where you publish the app (including the Google Play Developer Program Policies).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or misuse the service.

4. Subscriptions, Plans & Payments

• Paid plans and their prices are shown on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing you authorize the applicable charge for your selected plan.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

AppNext and its software, branding and content belong to us. You retain ownership of the content and apps you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to build, host and deliver your apps.

6. Your Apps & Publishing

You are solely responsible for the apps you generate, their content, and for complying with any third-party store requirements when you publish them.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that builds, delivery or the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppNext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

9. Termination

You may stop using AppNext and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of AppNext after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
