This Privacy Policy explains how AppNext(“AppNext”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website and services that convert a website URL into an Android application. By using AppNext, you agree to this policy.

• Account information — your name and email address when you register, and your basic Google profile (name, email) if you sign in with Google.
• App content — the website URLs, app names, colors, icons and logos you provide to build your apps, and the configuration you set in the builder.
• Payment information — subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details; we only keep records of your plan, order IDs and payment status.
• Push tokens — if you enable push notifications, device tokens registered by your generated apps so notifications can be delivered.
• Usage & log data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and actions taken, used to operate and secure the service.

How We Use Your Information

• To create, build, deliver and manage your apps and account.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To send transactional emails and, where enabled, push notifications.
• To provide support, prevent abuse and improve the service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in (authentication tokens) and to remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers to deliver AppNext:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Google — sign-in (OAuth).
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications.
• Cloudinary — hosting of uploaded logos/icons.
• GitHub Actions — compiling your APK builds.
• MongoDB Atlas, Render & Netlify — data storage and hosting.

Each provider processes data only as needed to perform its function and under its own privacy terms.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers above, or when required by law.

Data Retention

We keep your account and app data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and apps are removed, except records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit, hashed passwords and encrypted signing keystores. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Your Rights

You can access and update your information in your account settings, and delete your account at any time. For any request regarding your data, contact us using the details below.

Children

AppNext is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
